Box 520, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mwancha, who died at Mogusi, on 5th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2024 By David Odhiambo Mucha, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Mucha Ongoro alias Mocha Ongoro, who died at District Hospital, Homabay in Kenya, on 14th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By Walter Onyinkwa Nyatindo, of P.O. Box 92–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondieki Onyinkwa, who died on 23rd December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
