Box 1218–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ondimu Orindi, who died at Bogiakumu Sub-location, on 5th February, 2024. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By (1) Hellen Kemuma Thomas and (2) Margaret Nyaboke Lawrence, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ogora Ongeri alias Ogora Ongeri, who died on 14th November, 2012. E103 OF 2024 By Jared Ochiri Dunga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustinus Dunga Oyugi, who died at Santa, Kisii, on 5th July, 2005. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2024 By (1) Francisca Arani Borura, (2) Victor Mogire Borura, (3) Caren Moraa Borura and (4) Gilbert Onkomba Borura, all of P.O. Box 2636–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Borura Monari, who died on 24th April, 2021.
