CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2024 By Jacob Ojwang Odwar, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odhiambo Odwar, who died at Kotieno, on 17th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2024 By Richard Odiwuor Ondigo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Ondigo Nyagilo alias Tobias Nyagilo alias Tobias Ondigo Nyangilo, who died at Kalanya Kanyango, on 23rd May, 2017.
