TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 170 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Awilly Anyango, (2) Charles William Osinov Obarea and (3) Mary Anyango Obare, all of P.O. Box 40600, Siaya in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obare Awora alias Obare D. D. Awora alias Damian Damel Obare Awora alias Daniel Obare Awora alias Damian Onare alias D. B. Obare Aura, who died at Milimani Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Otieno Odero and (2) Elizabeth Akoth Onyango, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Henry Odero, who died at Mawetatu Sub-location, on 10th July, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
