E88 OF 2023 By (1) Patinai ene Parmari, (2) Pose Parmari Sindilo Nkedienye, (3) Matina ene Parrmaki and (4) Mutende ole Parmari, the deceased’s widows and sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Parmari ole Sintilo Nkedianye, who died at Mailitisa, on 15th June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By (1) Josephine Nyambura Mureithi and (2) Joel Gichu Muriithi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Muriithi Gichu, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 16th April, 2023. E18 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Maina Mwangi and (2) Kevin Muthu Mwangi, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wanja Hungu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 2001. E26 OF 2024 By Sophia Wangare Mundia, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nduta Waitiki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2007. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By (1) Metian ene Sambeke and (2) Nasei ene Sampeke, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sambenge ole Saita Torinyo, who died at Namanga, on 9th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
