TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E301 OF 2023 By Mulewa Isika, of P.O. Box 432–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isika Mukula, who died at Musosya Sub-location, on 10th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E177 OF 2024 By Kavutha Nzomo, of P.O. Box 24–90204, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndume Mativo alias Nduume Mativo, who died at Mbitini, on 14th September, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
