E81 OF 2023 By Mwisiwa Ndatya Kisasa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nthatya Kisasa Ngura alias Nthatya Kisasa alias Ndatia Kisasa, who died at Mwingi Level 4 Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 By (1) Mwikali Mwangangi Kaluku and (2) Alexander Muthui Mwangangi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangangi Kaluku Ngondu, who died at Kathoka Sub-location, on 19th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2024 By Jackson Mutai Matiti, of P.O. Box 52–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mwikali Matiti, who died on 18th November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
