TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2022 By Robert Kalingi Mbinga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zabina Mutwa Mbinga, who died at Migwani, on 28th July, 1984. 26th July, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2024 By Fouziya Islam Salim, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Mohamed alias Salim Muhamed Sunkar alias Salim M. Sunkar, who died at Kitui Township, on 16th January, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
