TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 26th July, 2024 CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2024 By Elias Murithi Simba, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simba Njiiri, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2016. CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2024 By Samuel Njiru Njeru, of P.O. Box 32–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Kareko, who died at Kibugu Sub-location, on 20th September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
