TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 116 OF 2024 By (1) Simon Gitau Njau and (2) Stephen Waweru Njau, both of P.O. Box 55, Wanjohi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Njau Nganga, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 17th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. 117 OF 2024 By Jean Grace Wanjiru Wandimi, of P.O. Box 216, South Kinangop in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Njoroge Muturi, who died along Njabini–Engineer Road, on 13th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
