TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Maina and (2) Tarcisius B. N. Mburugiro, both of P.O. Box 155, Kahuhia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Waruiru Mwangi alias Waruiru Mwangi alias Virginia Waruiru, who died at Race Track, on 16th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. E249 OF 2024 By (1) Margaret Wanjiru Kinyungu and (2) Jotham Kibathi Kinyungu, both of P.O. Box 605–10200, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Kinyungu Imaku, who died at Kiria-ini Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 26th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
