TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2024 By (1) John Regeru Gatumuta and (2) Alice Wanjiku Gatumuta, both of P.O. Box 62, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wagio Gatumuta, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 27th December, 2023.
