TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E5 OF 2024 By (1) Abraham Kipsongok Rop and (2) Evans Keroney Barbuch, both of P.O. Box 894–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philiph Kibet Martim, who died on 10th October, 2023. CAUSE NO E9 OF 2024 By (1) Philemon Kipkosgei, (2) Margaret Cheptoo and (3) Nelly Jepkemboi, all of P.O. Box 894–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kibitok Rono, who died on 26th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
