TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Okelo Adedi and (2) Ronald Godwin Mullomi Okello, both of P.O. Box 48664–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Kachiliba Okelo Nengo alias Desterio Kachiliba, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
