TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E625 OF 2023 By (1) Janneffer Njoki Kariuki and (2) Julius Mwangi Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 79713–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, through Messrs. C. N. Kihara & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wangeci Kariuki, late of Nairobi, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 7th July, 2009. CAUSE NO. E371 OF 2024 By Jane Wanjiku Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 15715–00509, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Kabaiku & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wahito Mwangi Ndegwa alias Alice Wahito Ndegwa alias Alice Wahito Kamanga, late of Karen, Nairobi, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 24th April, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
