TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2023 By Hodho Suleiman, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Basra Haji Yusuf, who died at Ololulunga, Narok, on 1st April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2024 By (1) Abdulhakim Abdullahi Gas, (2) Ali Abdullahi Mohamed and (3) Abdisamas Ibrahim Ahmed, all of P.O. Box 42724–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asha Mohamed Heshi, who died at Nairobi, on 4th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
