E15 OF 2024 By Alfayo Okusimba Chiriswa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiliswa s/o Nandwa alias Kiliswa Nandwa, who died at Wambulishe Sub-location in 1982. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By Richard Owiti Omutsembi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutsembi Owiti alias Omutsembi Owiti, who died at Mabole in 1995. CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2024 By (1) Zedekiah Omutanyi and (2) Haggai Anguba Nawate, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esau Wanekeya Chitayi alias Enekeya Esau Chitayi, who died at Shirotsa in 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
