TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2024 By Davi Limiri Kamura, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kobia M’Etuamwari, who died on 12th December, 1984. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2024 By Julia Kageni Kubania, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel M’Kubania M’Chokera, who died on 8th December, 2009. CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2024 By Jane Karambu Njati, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njati M’Imuti, who died on 5th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
