TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By James Ongoma Gilbert, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Nasio Ochuchu alias Nasio Ochucho Ambenje alias Gilbert Nasion, who died on 31st July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2024 By Joseph Akwera Wanyembe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Joseph Akwera Wanyembe alias Anyembe Jackton Omusi, who died at Ituti, on 14th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
