TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2022 By (1) Arthur Kamau Karanja and (2) Beatrice Nyokabi Karanja, both of P.O. Box 59014–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peris Wanjiru Karanja, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
