TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2023 By Jeria Moraa Ondieki, of P.O. Box 200, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Betweri Ondieki, who died on 24th February, 1977. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By Francis Ombori Ogise, of P.O. Box 2464–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogise Nyaanga, who died on 11th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2024 By Francis Ombori Ogise, of P.O. Box 2464–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Nyaanga, who died on 7th September, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
