NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th June, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 671, in Volume D1, Folio 1216/3864, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Munge Kokonya Obanda, of P.O. Box 30197–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mungereza Balozi Obanda, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mungereza Balozi Obanda and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Munge Kokonya Obanda, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Munge Kokonya Obanda only.
