Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Colonel Arumba, who died on 10th July, 1976. CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2024 By Robina Nyanduko Oruru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oburu Obwocha, who died at Nyanguru, on 31st March, 2010. CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2024 By Wilkister Nyabonyi Siro, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Siro Nyagetuba, who died at Kiomooncha, Marani, on 23rd August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2024 By (1) Henry Jimmy Okirigiti and (2) Petronilah Kemunto Nyakundi, both of P.O. Box 2939-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakundi Miruoka alias Nyakundi Mirwoka, who died on 1st January, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
