TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E341 OF 2023 By (1) Zibiah Nyang’au, (2) Vane Nyang’au, (3) Jones Nyang’au and (4) Edwinah Ondiko, all of P.O. Box 2464–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Nyangau Masini alias Samuel Nyang’au alias Samwel Nyangau, who died on 18th November, 2008. CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2024 By (1) Mina Ondari Maturi and (2) Damackline Kwamboka Nyaboga, both of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Osiemo Maturi, who died at Nyanko Location, on 9th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
