NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 290, in Volume DI, Folio 167/740, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Stephanie Wanjiku Gituru, of P.O. Box 739–00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya formerly known as Stephani Eunice Wanjiku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Stephani Eunice Wanjiku, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephanie Wanjiku Gituru for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Stephanie Wanjiku Gituru only.
