NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th June, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 106, in Volume B-13, Folio 2357/21326, File No. 1637, by our client, Juma Ali Ndoro, of P.O. Box 96028, Kwale in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Juma Ndoro Ngando, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Juma Ndoro Ngando and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Juma Ali Ndoro, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Juma Ali Ndoro only.
