NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th February, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1242, in Volume DI, Folio 160/669, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Abdi Malik Hassan, of P.O. Box 4394– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Abdimalik Hassan Abikar, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdimalik Hassan Abikar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdi Malik Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all time to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdi Malik Hassan only.
