TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2024 By Nelson Kipkorir Sigei, of P.O. Box 57, Sigor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsige arap Marindany alias Kipsigei arap Marindany, who died at Kapsabul on 12th October, 2009. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By Samwel Kiptoo Rono, of P.O. Box 2, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelule arap Chumo alias Chelule Chumo, who died on 16th January, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
