THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

(No. 13 of 2019)

SETTLEMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above Part Development plans were on the 14th June, 2024 completed. Copies of the plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at respective Sub-county Physical Planning Offices and at the office of the Director of Physical Planning located in Kiambu Town, Red Nova Building. The same has been deposited at the offices of the Sub County Administrators for Kikuyu, Kabete, Githunguri, Gatundu North, Gatundu South, Ruiru, Limuru, Kiambaa, Juja and Thika Sub-counties. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above-mentioned address between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. 19th July, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to above Part Development Plans may within sixty (60) days send the same to County Executive Committee Member Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development P.O. Box 2344 – 00900, Kiambu and such representation or comments shall state the ground upon which they are made. Dated the 27th June, 2024.
