TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2024 By Kasinja Omondi Otieno, of P.O. Box 295, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas Otieno Ng’ayo, who died on 11th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2024 By Millicent Adhiambo Oya, of P.O. Box 929, Busia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Okundini Ohanya, who died on 16th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2024 By Patrick Okoth Rath, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Atieno Ratii, who died at Ramula Sub-location, on 28th November, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
