TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2024 By (1) Rodah Mukulu Mutuku and (2) Thomas Muia Mutua, both of P.O. Box 580–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Mutua Kitonyi, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 31st August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2024 By Samuel Kyengo Mutunga, of P.O. Box 1630–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Job Mutunga Malandi, who died at Athi River Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 24th December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
