THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ruth Katungwa Ndumbu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.00 hectares or thereabout, known as Mavoko Town Block 12/713, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi Succession Cause No. 3279 of 2004, has issued grant of letters of administration to Jedidah Nzasu Ndumbu, and whereas the said Jedidah Nzasu Ndumbu have executed LRA 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as of LRA 39 to Jedidah Nzasu Ndumbu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Ruth Katungwa Ndumbu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
