THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nzivo Muthoka (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.6 hectares or thereabout, known as Kangundo/Kyevaluki/827, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kangundo Succession Cause No. E119 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration to Monica Nyange Wanjiro, and whereas the said Monica Nyange Wanjiro have executed LRA 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said parcel of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as of LRA 39 to Monica Nyange Wanjiro, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Nzivo Muthoka (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
