REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kea Maguta (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Mwimbi/North Mugumango/473, situate in the district of Maara, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Chuka in Succession Cause No. E247 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Rose Mwii Kea (ID/5094958), and whereas the said Rose Mwii Kea has executed land application to be registered as personal representative as executor/administrator LRA 39, and whereas the title deed in respect of Kea Maguta (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission LRA 39 in the name of Rose Mwii Kea (ID/5094958), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Kea Maguta (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
