REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Wamucue Ngari alias Wamucue Kabati (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, known as Ngandori/Kirigi/1141, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. 95 of 2019, has issued letters of administration to (1) Madrine Njura Ngari, and whereas the said Madrine Njura Ngari has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Madrine Njura Ngari, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jane Wamucue Ngari alias Wamucue Kabati (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
