REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ebrahim Chege Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.2 acres or thereabout, known as Loc. 8/Kari-Karuru/71, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in Succession Cause No. E752 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters in favour of Frasiah Muthoni Chege (ID/6454511), of P.O. Box 384–10200, Murang’a in the Republic to Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued to Ebrahim Chege Mwangi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ebrahim Chege Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
