REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Matundura Ontiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kampi ya Moto/Menengai Block 1/1078, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Judge of the High Court in Succession Cause No. 474 of 2007, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Bacifica Kemunto Matundura and (2) Donald Okari Matundura, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of LRA. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Joseph Matundura Ontiri (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission LRA. 50 in the name of of (1) Bacifica Kemunto Matundura and (2) Donald Okari Matundura, and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Matundura Ontiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
