REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Mwangi Wainuku, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.787 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Gatarakwa/Gatarakwa Block 3/1323, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new land register (green card) provided that no objection will have been received within that period.
