TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Nyambura Mwangi and (2) Tabitha Nyiha Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 4–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Njeri Maina, who died at Kampi ya Moto, on 29th July, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
