WHEREAS Eustace Kirimi M’Aburi (ID/2368028), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.03, 0.22 and 1.80 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title Nos. Abogeta/Lower Kiungone/760,759 and 757, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof havebeen lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land titles deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
