TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By Joseph Kipruto Chebet, of P.O. Box 356, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebet Kipngok, who died at ERNH, on 1st November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By (1) Luka Kiptissia Chelanga, (2) Joseph Kamuren Chelagat Kibkebut and (3) Stanley Sukumwo Chelagat, all of P.O. Box 10, Kipsereman in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelagat Kibkebut, who died at Kesses, on 24th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
