TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 54 OF 2021 By Charles Kiprotich Kolil, of P.O. Box 36, Ol’lessos in Kenya, through Messrs. J. K. Kaptich & Associates Advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeli Kolil, who died at Ol’lessos Sub-location, on 9th January, 1996. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By (1) Philemon Kipkosgei, (2) Margaret Cheptoo and (3) Nelly Jepkemboi, all of P.O. Box 894-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kibitok Rono, late of Ibanja, who died on 26th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
