Box 40307–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Frank Kounga Okumu, who died at Nyali, on 2nd February, 2024. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By (1) Eloise Caterina Scarpellini, of P.O. Box 5227–80401, Diani in Kenya and (2) Michele Carven Scarpellini, of Windsor, Grey Close, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5, 7FZ, United Kingdom, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elaine Dianne Scarpellini alias Elaine Dianne Scarpellini Oostdam, who died at Nairobi, on 2nd November, 2022. CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2024 By (1) Paolo Alessandro Rosso, (2) Alessandro Rosso and (3) Sara Rosso Cipolini, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for resealing of a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Franco Cesare Rosso Alessandro, who died at Lugano Ti Italia Torino, on 27th March, 2023.
