REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Saveer Singh Vohra and (2) Samman Singh Vohra as personal representatives of the estate of Mohinder Singh Vohra, both of P.O. Box 72493–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietor lessees of all that Flat Number 4, Block A erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/II/211, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 121376/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
