WHEREAS John Ngaithe Njogu, of P.O. Box 58299–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Apartment No. SPG/03/P2/T33/263 Tulip Court 3 erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 28223/33, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 195458/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
