NOTICE is given that pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of steel coated roofing tiles for Jessy Nderi and other assorted wrapping and packaging items for James Kanagi and some agricultural nets, paints and water tanks for M. Imanyara from our warehouse, Chumbex Trading and Investment Limited, within Mombasa Road, P.O. Box 1415–00502, Nairobi to collect within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges together with interest, other incidental costs incurred under the provisions of this Act and accounted to the owners peril as the possible adverse consequence.
