REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Felishina Wanjiku Gitonga (ID/11413348), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.311 hectares or thereabout, known as Marmanet/North/Rumuruti Block 2/4657 (Ndurumo), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued on the 7th August, 2023, was fraudulently acquired, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said land title deed shall be deemed cancelled, null and void and of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period Dated the 28th June, 2024.
