THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wanjiru Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.046 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Malewa/2512, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 97 of 2018, has issued letters of administration to Mary Wairimu Kinuthia (ID/1840887), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Wanjiru Kimani (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued to Wanjiru Kimani (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
