REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sarah Mumbi Mbugua, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.051 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi registered under title No. Dagoretti/Kangemi/1949, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
