REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Wandoe Mwamba, of P.O. Box 89165– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0251 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as Subdivision No. 11300/II/MN, registered as C.R. No. 56518 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
